“Grains of the Prophet Mohammed” more popularly known as kefir, is a fermented, enzyme-rich beverage that originally hails from Russia. Other names include “Drink of the Prophet”, “Snow us”, “Tibetan Mushroom”, “Balm of Gilead”, “Yogurt Plant”, “California Bees L ot”, kombucha, tibcos, “Yogurt Mushroom”.
